We represent you only after you sign our written fee agreement and the Social Security Administration's appointment-of-representative form. Information you send through our case-review form is treated as confidential and used only to evaluate whether we can help you, but sending it does not make you a client.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
